Mr. Ten Broeck master’s thesis was published in the prestigious Journal of Exempt Organizations. In addition, his post master’s thesis “A Case For Indexing” was the basis for implementing a plan of action that later saved a major pension plan $1.6 million in annual fees, and improved fund performance by approximately $7.5 million.
